We want to know a little bit about you. We only grant stores to those that we think are a good fit. There is a lot more that goes into our decision than just your experience. The application gives us a good idea if all parties are ready to go one step further with an interview.

We will set up an interview, so that we can get to know each other.

If we think that you are potentially a good fit for a franchise, and the location makes sense, we will set up a time to talk with you. We will discuss your application, location, what your goals are and how you will finance your store. This is a good time to ask any questions that you may have.

Take some time to look over the info, and we will do the same.

We are entering into a business partnership. This is going to be something that we both need to think about. If we think that it is a good fit, we will send you a UFOC. Take some time to look it over and decide if you are interested in taking the discussion to the next step.

We will contact you for a second interview.

This will be a little more personal conversation. We will discuss things like where you see yourself in the next five years and what do you do in your spare time. We want to be sure that we are only working with truly motivated people that are ready for hands on change.

Come to CDA.

Come visit us in beautiful Coeur d'Alene, ID. We will take you to at least two stores, so that you can see first hand what this type of business looks like. If everything looks good, and we both agree that we are a good fit for each other, we will move on to the next step.

Sign franchise agreement, money changes hands.

You will have been sent the franchise agreement before you come to visit us, so that you and your attorney have had a chance to look it over. Once both parties are in agreement, we will sign the contracts and you will leave your retainer fee with us. Now, we get to work.

Owner and Manager get trained.

We will spend a few days training you at one of our existing stores.

Build out.

Create your store. We will be there for you.

Hire and train.

Find the people that you will work side by side with every day. Then we will work together to train all of them, and you and your manager will get more training.

Open the doors to your new life.

There is no better feeling than opening day. It is like Christmas, ten fold! You will be well on your way to independence and growth!
