Employees

We focus on attracting outgoing, teachable people. When looking for these people, we have found that attitude accounts for more than experience. We believe that our staff is our biggest asset. They need to be treated with appreciation. A good leader would never ask someone to do something that they won't do them self. When dealing with employees, we listen with an open mind and manage with an open door. Some of our greatest ideas have come from employees.

Food

In our stores, the food will always be the highest quality, with the freshest ingredients that can be found, offered at a reasonable price. We believe in taking the time to make as many products from scratch as possible, keeping health consciousness as a central focus. We strive to be creative and make each product unique to the business. We do not follow trends; we have found that it works best to stay with your niche.

Service

The key is "under promise and over deliver." We treat customers the way that we would want to be treated. Its fun to know that you have the ability to change someone's day by treating them with kindness, and respect- a smile can go a long way. We encourage employees and store owners to be light hearted and willing to laugh, don't take anything personally.

Community is the cornerstone of any business. Sharing good fortune with others increases our wealth. We constantly strive to give back to communities through donations, and volunteering time.
