Mike and Desi Freeman purchased the Post Falls Caruso’s Sandwich Co in Aug of 2007. With a chef father, Desi grew up in restaurants. Her dream has always been to open her own store. Mike is a full time nurse. He handles all of the paperwork while Desi runs the store. The couple has three kids and enjoys raising them in a family owned business. They are hands on with all aspects of the business, working side by side with their employees. The Freeman's are a well respected family in the Post Falls community. They give generously to charities such as Christmas For All. This is a fundraiser that they generously donated a full days profit to, at Christmas time.
