(Q) "Do I need to have previous restaurant experience?"

(A) Not necessarily, we have the restaurant experience. Our services fully outline a system for you to follow. What you do need is a passion to work for yourself and the desire to make your own business work.

(Q) "Will I have to do all of the baking? How early do you have to start baking the bread?"

(A) It is best to plan on a hands on approach in the beginning, and then you can determine what path you want to take. Our stores have typically opened at 7:00a.m. The baker gets there between 6:30a.m. and 7:00a.m. The bread is all in the oven by 9:00am.

Fresh Tomatoes(Q) "How long will it take to get my deli open?"

(A) We can put a store together in about three to six months, after the location is procured and the lease is signed. Keep in mind that there are often unseen variables, and it is best to count on some setbacks. We will work at the pace that you set. If you want to push to get it done, we will help in every way possible.

(Q) "Do you train my staff or do I?"

(A) We will be there to train your new staff on site, in your store. The first weeks of your store opening we will work right beside you and your staff. We will help you work out the kinks and make sure that everyone is adept at doing their job.

(Q) "What is the average store size?"

(A) You will need somewhere between 1,500 and 2,500 square feet. It depends on where your store is located, demographics, and what is available. We do not recommend going too big but you also don't want to go too small. Part of our job is to help you find a great location for your store.

(Q) "What population is necessary to be successful?"

(A) We recommend at least 20,000 people. However, we have been successful with much smaller populations. There are variables, such as surrounding populations, availability of places to eat and average income.

Deli Sandwich(Q) "How much money will I need?"

(A) We estimate the cost of opening your own store, with our fee included, to start at about $110.000.00 and go up to $250,000.00. Of course that depends on thousands of variables. We will work with you to develop a store that is in your best interests, keeping your overhead as low as possible.

(Q) "Do you offer financing?"

(A) We cannot offer financing, however, we will set you up with a business plan that will get potential lenders' attention. We can also introduce you to some lenders that are familiar with our concept. It is very beneficial to be working with someone that has a proven track record in the restaurant industry.

(Q) "Will you come to me?"

(A) We will be there in person, at all of the crucial stages. We are going to help you. We will walk you through this process one step at a time.

(Q) "How much money will my store make?"

(A) There is not a set answer for that question, not to mention, the Federal Trade Commission has very strict laws about earnings claims. We will provide you with financial information from our existing stores after our first telephone conversation, if we all choose to go further.
